Shipping

We ship across Canada and worldwide.

• Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days.
• You'll receive an email confirmation shortly after checkout, plus a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
• Delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout.
• Canada: Standard $14.99 (3 to 9 business days), Express $20.00 (1 to 2 business days), FREE standard shipping on orders over $300 (before tax).
• USA: Standard $15.90 (4 to 8 business days), Express $19.90 (2 to 3 business days).
• Local delivery and free store pickup may also appear at checkout, depending on your postal code.

Returns and Exchanges

• Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us within 24 hours and we'll cancel and refund your order.
• After delivery, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition.
• For hygiene reasons, bikinis, bathing suits and swim trunks are final sale. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
• To start a return, email Ohlindacloset@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 72 hours with instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll ship your exchange (within 72 hours) or issue your refund or credit.
• Something arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us with a photo and we'll make it right.
