Processing time: 1 to 4 business days. Your payment is confirmed by email shortly after checkout (most payments confirm instantly). You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping, Canada:

• Standard (3 to 9 business days): $14.99
• Express (1 to 2 business days): $20.00
• FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax)
• Canada Post calculated services (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost) may also appear at checkout.

Shipping, USA:

• Standard International (4 to 8 business days): $15.90
• Express International (2 to 3 business days): $19.90

Rest of the world: Rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post.

Local delivery and store pickup: Depending on your postal code, you may see local delivery and free store pickup as options at checkout.

Good to know:

• Enter your postal code at checkout to see every available delivery option with the carrier's estimated dates.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We can't schedule deliveries for a specific date or time.
• We don't split orders into partial shipments unless we've agreed otherwise by email.
