Changed your mind quickly?

Email us within 24 hours of ordering at Ohlindacloset@gmail.com and we'll cancel and refund your order.

14 days to return or exchange

After delivery, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, bikinis, bathing suits and swim trunks are final sale. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

How to start a return

Email Ohlindacloset@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply within 72 hours with instructions.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll ship your exchange (within 72 hours) or issue your refund or store credit.
• For items bought on sale or with a promotion, the refund or credit matches the amount you actually paid.

Damaged or wrong item?

Please check your order when it arrives. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll make it right.
