Ohlinda Ambassadors Terms & Conditions

As Ambassador Ohlinda, I understand and agree with the following: 

  

By completing, signing, and submitting the form, I agree to the terms and conditions listed below: 

1. I am 18 years of age or older.

2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I have no authority to incur debt, obligation or liability on behalf of the company.

• I will promote Ohlinda's products to customers. 

  

• I will buy at an ambassador discount and will review the products on social networks (blogs, posts, photos, videos, etc.).

  

• I will share Ohlinda's message on my social network platforms .

  

• I will share the content using our @ohlindaofficial brand page and with the hashtag #ohlindawear.

3. As a welcome gift I will receive an Ohlinda product of my choice with a maximum total value of $129.90 and a 15% discount for purchasing and promoting the products on my social network. Ohlinda will have the rights to use the image for reposting and use it as email marketing or website content.

4. I will receive 15% off any Ohlinda product when placing an order using my unique Brand Ambassador promo code that was sent to me.

5. I will receive a 15% discount on my friends' in-person purchases.

6. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for the use of images or videos used on the company's social media.

7. If orders are shipped without using my Brand Ambassador promo code, those orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promo code can be applied per order.

8. I will not share my Ohlinda Ambassador promo code with anyone else unless I have obtained explicit consent from the Ohlinda Marketing Team.

9. I will not sell company products on unauthorized internet sites or in retail establishments.

10. I will protect the company's trademark by not reproducing the company's name/trademark or any company material for use in advertising without the company's written approval.

11. I will promote Ohlinda products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos from marketing events featuring the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for promoting products through my social media network.

12. I will post as many times as I want on my social media accounts and tag @ohlindaofficial and #ohlindawear in every post related to Ohlinda's products.

13. I will behave in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the company's reputation. If I fail to meet these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Ohlinda Ambassador Program and all promotional codes effective immediately.

14. If I opt out of the Brand Ambassador program, I agree that all photos submitted and tagged to Ohlinda will remain in her database for use on her social media platforms and marketing campaigns.

15. I must be an active Ohlinda Ambassador* to remain in the program.

16. I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time.

17. I agree with the company's privacy policy and have read and agree to these terms.

1B. Ohlinda Wear (Company) understands and agrees: 

       1. The company will give Ambassador Ohlinda a Welcome Gift of her choice on products up to $129.90, 15% off personal purchases from friends and 15% off all purchases that must be promoted on Ambassador's social media and Ohlinda will retain the rights to use this image even if Ambassador Ohlinda leaves the program.

       2. The company will give Ambassador Ohlinda an exclusive 15% off promotional code to use on products purchased at Ohlindawear.com

       3. If the company terminates the program, it must provide written notice to all Ohlinda Ambassadors prior to the termination date.

       4. The Company will retain the rights to use any photos you submit or tag to us, even if Ambassador Ohlinda leaves the program.

        5. The Company agrees to adhere to the Company's privacy policy in these terms and conditions.

  C. General:

        1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

        2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without cause upon written notice.

        3. Ohlinda Wear may discontinue the Ohlinda Ambassador Program at any time.

        4. Ohlinda Ambassadors will not be treated as company employees for any reason.

  

*active refers to posting content at least once a week, that includes at least @ohlindaofficial and #ohlindawear
