Underwear, such as bikinis, bathing suits and swimming trunks are not able to be exchanged for hygenic reasons. Therefore, our recommendation is that you follow the measurement table in each product to get the size of these pieces correct.
Your payment will be reviewed and once approved, you will receive an email with confirmation within 3 business days. If you have not received confirmation within this period, please contact us at contact@ohlindawear.com.
Orders for which payment is not made on time are automatically cancelled. If the payment has already been processed and you have withdrawn from your purchase, you have 24 hours to inform our office by email. Please contact@ohlindawear.com. We will refund your order as described in the Exchange & Returns tab.

Return and exchange
Ohlinda recommends washing all clothes as delicate and not mixing colors during the wash. Bikinis, bathing suits and swimming trunks are recommended to be hand washed. Try not to use bleach so as not to change the colors of the pieces and follow the recommendations contained on the labels. Hand wash in cold water with an extra-gentle wash. Gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry in shade. Lotion, sunscreen, oil and chlorine can cause discoloration of this item; this is not a manufacturing defect. Please follow care instructions to keep your swimwear in the best condition.

How does Ohlinda's exchange policy work?
Ohlinda wants you to be satisfied with your purchase or else you can exchange it without any problems.
To ensure satisfaction and maintain transparency and respect for our customers, we created our exchange and return policy based on Canadian law.
Check the rules below:
1) We offer a 14 day return option if you are not satisfied with the product or it is not the size you want.
2) Beachwear items are NOT included in the exchange policy, for reasons of intimate hygiene.
3) To request the exchange or return of products (with the exception of beachwear), inform the order number, email and reason by email INSERT ADDRESS. We will contact you within 72 hours of receiving your message.
4) If the exchange request is approved, you will receive the Reverse Logistics code in your email. With it you make the post free of charge. The product must be well packaged and with the declaration of contents or the Invoice, to post the product.
The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
As soon as the product arrives in our stock, we will send the coupon with the corresponding credit or refund the amount paid for the product (according to the request).
5) The pieces will only be accepted if returned intact, that is, without being washed and used, without stains, without odors and without alterations made by the customer. We reserve the right to charge a maximum of 25% extra fee on the value of the product if any of the products are returned without original packaging and/or not in original condition.
6) We advise customers to check their purchase carefully upon receipt, before removing any tags and discarding the original packaging.
7) Upon receiving your purchase, please check:
- If Ohlinda's packaging is open or damaged
- Damaged product
- Product not in accordance with the order.
8) If Ohlinda understands that the returned product does not meet the criteria necessary for the exchange or return mentioned above, the site is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Ohlinda can then resend the product to the customer, accompanied by a justification of the reason for the refusal.
9) In case of exchange of goods purchased during a promotion, the credit value will be exactly the amount paid by the customer for the product.
